Please follow the below guide to reinstall Monivisor for Windows:

  1. Please login to our member center at https://account.clevguard.org/login > My Product > Start Monitoring > Dashboard > Top Left Corner > Unbind Device.

2. Please refer to the link here to uninstall the program first: https://www.clevguard.com/uninstall-faq/.

3. Download and install MoniVisor for Windows on the monitored computer. Please download the program via http://www.installfree.net/

4. Install the MoniVisor and finish the setup process.

5. Install the browser extension to monitor webmail and webchat on the target computer. Detailed steps will be provided on the software's interface.

6. Then you can log in to the dashboard page via this link: https://account.clevguard.org/login →click dashboard to access all the data.

Thanks for getting back to me.  As you see in the image above I am not getting the live screen.

Also the only way I can get back to this pc is through the RDP of another user account.  If I reinstall your software using RDP on another user account that has admin access while the target is another admin on the same pc, will i be able to monitor the target?  Is this why the live screen is just circling without being able to access anything?

Our program can only work on users with the administrator right.

Hi i uninstalled and logged out of target and can not log back in. The only option to installed the app of target pc was by using RDP on the same PC as an different user. Will installing the app like this be able to live view other users of this pc?
