E-mail migration between domains

Follow these easy steps

Create new mail accounts on the new domain, and set up ProxiedMail on the old one to forward emails from the old domain to the new:

• 1. Transfer email accounts to the new domain

  Create and start using new accounts on the new domain. It doesn’t matter what you’re using: GSuite, Proton, Outlook, etc.

• 2. Sign up

  Sign up to ProxiedMail to start migration

• 3. Confirm new domain ownership via TXT record

  We need that for safety reasons. Please add only TXT for a new domain. Setting up mx is not necessary, so you will need to pass only the first step of attaching the domain.

• 4. Attach your old domain to ProxiedMail with MX

  Move the mail of your old domain to ProxiedMail. Go to “Manage domains” from Proxies desk and add it there. You need to do the full set up including DKIM (last step of adding email).

• 5. Check.

  Please check that you added a new domain with the verified 1st step(ownership) and added the old fully migrated to ProxiedMail.

• 6. Add a wildcard proxy-email with your domain.

  Specify "*" in Proxy Address and specify *@newdomain.com in “Enter your real email” fields.

• 7. Well done!

  Enjoy your domain-to-domain email forwarding.
