Everything you need before festival weekend
Hi everyone,
We’re excited to welcome you to the
Toronto Wellness Festival at Mel Lastman Square. As we get closer, please review the key setup, operating, insurance, safety and vendor requirements below.

Thursday, Sept 24

12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

The curbside area along Yonge Street directly in front of the Square is for
active loading and unloading only. Please move your vehicle promptly when finished and have your booth fully ready before opening Friday.

Festival Operating Hours

Saturday, Sept 26

Sunday, Sept 27
|
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Booths should remain staffed and operational throughout all public festival hours.
|
Tear-Down
Sunday, Sept 27: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday, Sept 28: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Please do not begin packing or dismantling your booth before the permitted tear-down time.

Insurance Required
All vendors must have valid liability insurance. Your Certificate of Insurance must list:

Please ensure the updated certificate is received before setup. Vendors without valid insurance may be required to close or remove their booth and may be subject to City enforcement.

Food & Beverage Vendors
All food and beverage vendors must complete the required Toronto Public Health process and bring copies of required food-handling and health documentation to the event.

Safety & Operational Rules

No single-use plastic water bottles; use approved alternatives such as cans, cartons or reusable containers.

Open flames are strictly prohibited.

Cooking and electrical equipment must be approved in advance and meet applicable City, fire-safety and public-health requirements.

Do not assume power is included unless it has already been confirmed with our team.

Keep all products, displays, tables, signs and activities within your assigned booth footprint and clear of walkways and emergency routes.

Keep your booth and surrounding area clean and dispose of waste properly.

Do not pour oil, grease, food waste or wastewater into public drains.

Overnight Security
Security will be onsite overnight and booth setups may remain in place. We strongly recommend removing cash, electronics, valuable products and personal belongings each day. Items left onsite remain the
vendor’s responsibility.
