we are glad to welcome you to UniTrento! In this email we will explain you the application procedure and the activities to be completed before the mobility starts.

APPLICATION PROCESS TIMELINE

Submit your Online application by à 31^st May

Attend our Online Webinar for questions and answers à on 10^th June

Get your Learning agreement approved by your Home coordinator by à  15^th June

Receive your acceptance letter by à mid July

HOW TO APPLY?

Step 1: register your guest account online

Step 2: enter the application link and select: Erasmus and UK Exchange Application Form – Social Sciences and Humanities Area - 2024/25

Step 3: fill the application in all its parts and attach the required documents:

·         Transcript of records

·         Passport or European Union ID (good quality scan front and back)

·         Language certificate (please check the language requirements that apply to your Department on the FACT SHEET attached)

·         European Health card or private insurance card

Deadline for applying is set on 31^st May 2024

I HAVE TO SUBMIT MY LEARNING AGREEMENT WHAT SHOULD I DO?

After completing the online application you must focus on filling your Learning agreement (i.e. the list of courses you want to take in Trento).

The deadline for completing the Learning agreement is on 15th June. You will receive a mail detailing the process by the end of May.

What does this mean?

Don’t stress now about courses! Please consider that the online application and the Learning agreement have separate deadlines so you don’t need to wait until you have a complete Learning agreement in order to submit your online application.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE IN TRENTO?

The academic calendar of your Department with starting dates of lectures and exam periods is available in the FACT SHEET attached. 

Please consider that welcome activities will be offered during the week before the beginning of classes, you will therefore need to plan your arrival in Trento one week before classes start.

The final timetables will not be available until September 2024. We advise you to check, in case you want to attend part of your courses in other Departments too, the academic calendar of all departments they may have different beginning dates.
