NEW THIS YEAR: A ticketed adult may bring up to one child that is 5 years old and under for free with a photocopy of birth certificate or valid passport/ID (born on or before May 2019).

To receive the complimentary child’s wristband, the child needs to be pre-registered. Then upon arrival at the festival, the parent and child must check in at the LittleRockers tent outside of the 3rd Street Entrance. 

The LittleRockers wristband is used for safety – in the event that a child gets lost, staff can reunite them with their registered parent. 

Please note for this year's festival, clear bags made of clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc & no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ are allowed. Empty hydration packs with an empty water bladder are also allowed. Small clutch purses (no larger than 6″ x 9″) and fanny packs with no more than one pocket are allowed. No backpacks are allowed. 

Any bags that are not clear or are larger than 12” x 6″ x 12” and any hydration packs with more than 2 pockets are not permitted into the venue. The bag policy is subject to change.

For the safety of all BottleRockers, be sure to take a look at our prohibited items list on the “Rules & Policies” section on our Information page before heading to the festival. Here are a few items to note:

You CANNOT bring wagons, backpacks, chairs, professional cameras, selfie sticks or aerosols of any kind including aerosol sunscreen. You CAN bring empty water bottles, empty hydration packs, blankets, point-and-shoot cameras, GoPros and sunscreen (non-aerosol).

Drones cannot be used on, from or above BottleRock premises.

The Festival Box Office & Will Call are located at 3rd Street and Bailey Street in Napa. To pick up passes at Will Call, you must show a valid, government issued photo ID.

Friday 5/24 – 10:30am-8pm
Saturday 5/25 – 10:30am-8pm
Sunday 5/26 – 10:30am-8pm

Lost, stolen, damaged and tampered with wristbands will only be replaced at the discretion of festival staff. The wristband replacement fee is $30.
