There was some glitch in our account that was caused by Affilka, and we did not have a commission set (we did have it available when the casino was listed on LCB). When I tried to create a new campaign yesterday I noticed there was no commission available.
Tai assisted in this matter, and this is the summary:
Hi, we went through your account and could not see the commission either and asked Affilika for assistance because we were sure there was a commission plan in there and even paid a bill last week. They had just placed the commission on your account again and this is what will happen since there should be a commission there during this time as well.
You will be generated a bill that will cover your commission from the 16th till now. The new commission we just entered will start after midnight and will be paid on a separate bill on Sep 1st.
We are sorry for this and please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I will let you know here when the newly placed commission is active.
